About this business

Every Volvo car comes designed to be among the best cars on the road. Many competitors try to play up their 'race-inspired' performance, ignoring the existence of speed limits. Many European car companies try to promote style over substance. Volvo cars are modest and straightforward: they are safe, comfortable and smooth.

Typical over priced service with service sales people trying to hustle you to pay exorbitant prices for basic services. Caveat emptor!

Are you a fan of great customer service? If so then you'll hate Crest Volvo. Bought a 2020 XC90 and I've regretted the decision since day one. I guess I was spoiled by Sewell but every time I've tried to work with their service department I've been extremely disappointed. The car of okay but Crest Volvo is awful.

Bait and switch...buyers beware! We negotiated the price of the car prior to financing. We signed on it. I qualified for 0% financing but now sales rep says its financing rate OR negotiated price. They tried to get me all the way to signing hoping I would be too attached to the idea of a new car and this would overcome any common sense or anything we previously agreed on. Perhaps, as a woman, they thought I would be an easy target. Extremely sexist, unprofessional, and quite embarrassing for a luxury car dealership.

Bought a used Volvo thinking I got a good deal. They never fixed the pre existing damage as they promised. Sleazy one and done sales tactic, with sole goal of trying to maximize the profit. Customer service? Only if you go over the sale and service and contact the manager. It is a cultural issue. Sewell and ParkPlace on other hand, sure they make money, but more importantly, they deliver what they promise as building relationship is higher priority. I will never purchase anything from them again. Why should I? Or why ... read more

Terrible Experience. After two hours of test driving, filling out paperwork, running my daughters credit and agreeing to the financing we found out they sold the car to someone else in the dealership. The salesman Billy Delgado did not advocate for us the manager that day Justin Wilcher was just like sorry we had more than one person interested and they got their financing first!! So beware this is how they do business.

As a Volvo loyalist since 2008, it was time to replace my XC90. I price shopped and ultimately settled with Crest due to the car I wanted, a CPO, with features I specifically looked for. The combo I wanted does not easily come by, and they gave me a good price to seal the deal. HOWEVER, the buck stops there. Here's a myriad of terrible experiences I've encountered since I took possession of my car. 1. I expected the car to be in tip top shape especially for a CPO, but it needed a balance and alignment bad when it got delive... read more

I have been sitting in the Crest Volvo service customer waiting room for the past 60 minutes, having arrived 30 minutes early for an appointment 30 minutes ago. I scheduled the appointment 10 days ago to bring my car in specifically to have a loaner car available in leu of taking my car for service that day. Upon arrival I was twice told "I am sure you understand we don't have any loaner cars available." Well I understand that this practice is profoundly unprofessional. I no longer have any confidence in the professionalis... read more

Two years ago, I bought a preowned Volvo here. The customer service was terrible. I selected a car but was told that another couple saw the car I liked that morning and might come back at some point. I didn't know that calling "dibs" worked on a car lot. Once I found a car I liked, I bought it. After a week, I noticed the AC didn't work well and the brakes squeaked. I took it back for multiple issues 3 times in the first month. Was told the brakes didn't squeak (they did) and was told the AC worked properly. I explained that... read more

The worst car buying experience ever. First, the sales associate pulled my incorrect payoff for my trade. Numbers were discussed and it appeared that we were very close. At around 3:30 pm Friday, I talked to the sales Manager Scott who gave me some numbers on a lease. I told him I needed time to think about this. When I called my sales associate on Sat morning agreeing to the numbers given to me by Scott, I was told that today's price is almost $100 more per month. I sent two Emails to Scott regarding this issue but no respo... read more
