I've been a Crest Volvo customer since June 2016. I've always received good customer service, but I've just experienced my first above and beyond exceptional customer experience with them. I had my car serviced on a Saturday and got a loaner so I could run my errands. I returned the car late Saturday afternoon with no issues. Bought my third car their. Hands down the best experience for the third time in a row. They make you feel like family instead of a sale number, they went above and beyond to deliver the car to the house and go over the options and gadgets with my wife, consultant even programmed our garage door to the car and programmed my wife's phone and her memory settings.
