David Bulkely is the service advisor who helped me with my car service. David is very professional in his approach, has excellent communication skilled, and went the extra mile in demonstrating some of the electronic features that had me stumped. His team got my XC90 finished right on schedule and made the experience an excellent one.

I purchased a new Volvo in 2017 from Crest and the process was straightforward and easy. I knew what I wanted and negotiated well ahead of my first footsteps into the dealership. I didn't buy my Volvo here, but I moved to the area recently from the East coast, and I had to find a new dealership to service my car. I live about equidistant from all DFW dealerships, and ultimately chose to go to Crest because its location was slightly more convenient. I have to start out with the good. Jimmy Crosby was my sales guy. The only reason this place gets 4 stars instead of 1 is because of him. I found my car on Cars.com, after a long and exhaustive search. It's a very rare car, so I had to expand my net to include Dallas and Houston (I'm in Austin).
