I dropped off my Volvo at Crest Volvo Service on July 12 for an alignment and a potential detailing appointment (I was told someone would confirm based on availability). After one initial text, I received no updates, despite follow-up attempts, and only later discovered that the service department closed for the weekend with my car still in their possession. A NEGATIVE STAR WOULD DO. Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience trying to get our car fixed!!!!! They said we had 9-10 things that should be fixed (for over $10,000) and recommended to at least fix the thermostat, that if we get the thermostat fixed ($1000+) it should resolve a lot of the issues going on. What a bunch of arrogant jerks. I wouldn't get a car from this dealership if I won it. Didn't receive a greeting upon entry. I have been in customer service all my life. The simplest thing you can do is greet someone and let them know someone will be with them shortly, perhaps invite them to make themselves comfortable. Very disappointed in Crest Volvo service department. Multiple trips back in for the exact same problem and they don't care. The service director is extremely rude.
BIG privacy issue at this dealership, my financial paperwork was sent to a wrong email address despite asking it to be updated by three different people from three different departments. They each confirmed the email was changed and then my finance paperwork was sent to the email address that is my ex setup when he worked there. I contacted the dealership and they pointed fingers at each other at who was at fault and I have yet to receive a call from the GM despite lodging a formal complaint with Volvo directly.
The service is rip off. They charged me $2000 To fix Evap leak . The parts was $30 rest was labor, even the Attorney or Doctors charge less. My car Volvo XC60 2019 has done 26000 miles done and having to spend that kind of money is outrageous. Vovlo USA should be ashamed of themselves. I have bought and used cars for last 55 years but have never spent that kind of money after just 26000 miles. I have decided the sell my car and never will buy Volvo again Worst place to take your Volvo for any repairs.
Horrible customer service and very shady dealership. I never experienced anything like this at Park Place with my Volvo or BMW. I finally talked to the Director, Jeremie, who at least had the courtesy to pick up the phone and call me as that was my request after getting repeated texts from Jarryd in the service department regarding my vehicle which didn't answer my repeated questions as to what exactly I was being asked to pay for. I love Volvo but dealing with Crest for maintenance and dealing with the body shop has convinced me to look elsewhere. The fact that simple maintenance is a 24hr turnaround is insane. The body shop is blatantly robbing insurance companies. The supplemental requests have prolonged a simple body repair and turned it into over a month long project. The estimate to repair a dent is now exceeding 7k. Not sure if it is a lack of staff, or just a lack of care. Just a garbage experience every time I set foot at the dealership.
We bought a Volvo there 2023 and within 2 months the air goes out.They did not have any loaners to give us to use so we are out of luck .I would not recommend this business
