I was an out of state buyer who found the exact car I was searching for at Crest. From the moment I initially reached out, Whitney took care of me and treated me like a VIP. I so much dislike their location on 75. I still don't understand why they relocated from 121 highway in Frisco/Plano. Five stars go to salesperson Davius Blackshire. I still need to fix a few computer apps in our brand new XC40.
As I understand it, all new cars sold at Crest Volvo come with "ZAKTEK" coating on the exterior and interior of the vehicle. I am unfamiliar with this product. Does anyone who has bought a new car at Crest know anything about "ZAKTEK"? I almost want to leave it off of any vehicle that I purchase at Crest.

We just bought our new Volvo from crest. Our sales rep Dustin Kilka, was amazing. He was so attentive and willing to work with us from the start. I was particularly impressed with the extent to which he followed up with us and catered to our needs. I loved the staff at Crest. No idea about the service department but the dealership professionals are fantastic. Great experience purchasing a car for which I'd been searching almost a month. Of the 3 times I have bought a car, this was the best experience ever. Alycia and Paul were extremely patient while I deliberated over every detail and customization of my new 2018 Volvo xc60.
