My sales agent. Tae, did a great job of educating me about all the features Volvo has to offer. I found the purchase process to be very professional and less stressful then my previous experiences in purchasing a car. The sales person, Tae, has stayed in touch with me after my purchase to make sure i understand the features on my new car and can use them daily. Great follow up and a great experience.

Tae An at Volvo Dallas in Plano did an outstanding job facilitating a seamless, and enjoyable transaction. We will absolutely be back for additional vehicles from Tae. We were greeted upon exiting our trade in and kept comfortable while we handled paperwork!

They updated my Volvo for me. The loaner car I recieved was so nice I want one. The staff was courteous. The job was completed in a timely way, and the car was washed. No complaints at all, I'm fully satisfied.

I most recently purchased two new Volvos from Volvo of Dallas. I was told by other dealers that the management here was unethical, unprofessional etc etc. I was actually scared to go to this shop but was completely amazed by the management. They delivered what they promised. Honestly, I finalized the deal via email from Houston and drove all the way to Dallas to PU my cars. When I arrived, the vehicles were delivered as promised. My husband and I recently purchased a 2014 Volvo. The purchase went more smoothly than I could ever imagine. Our salesman, Selwyn was fabulous. He was there when I needed to ask him a question and no high pressure sales. I would highly recommend him if you are interested in looking at the Volvo. The sales manager was also great to work with. All in all...... Extremely Pleased and would Highly Recommend!

The only thing better than good service and reasonable price is not to need your brakes worked on with a pre-owned certified car after owning it 3 months. I've been dealing with Volvo of Dallas (previously 'of Richardson') for probably 15 years and they've been consistently helpful and provided quality service.

HANDS DOWN!!! only place to go in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for Volvo service. The service was quick, customer service was on point, and the experience in all was more than I could have asked for. Volvo of Dallas you did a great job and now have a loyal customer. Thank you. Park Place Volvo will never get my business again.

I was referred to Volvo of Dallas for low mileage luxury cars. I don't usually buy new and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of inventory. My sales rep was Jeremy and he may the buying process a breeze. The financing was fair and approval was quick. Love my new (to me) car and I will be back in a year or two. Thanks guys

Volvo of Dallas goes above and beyond. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle for my mother and hell bent on MB or Lexus and the snoody sales staff basically forced me to head over to Volvo. Upon meeting Dustin, he drilled into the car we needed and didn't waste time -a demo S60. This is a lost skill in car sales and one that should attract anyone looking for luxury vehicle.
