After searching online for a mildly used Volvo C70 I finally found one at Volvo of Dallas. I was extremely nervous about traveling from Baton Rouge to Dallas based solely on the opinion of a salesperson. However, upon arriving I was very pleasantly surprised. This was my first experiance with a Volvo dealership and I was extremely impressed!!! my husband and I just bought a 2012 Jetta and 3 months after we bought it someone hit it and totaled it while it was parked out front of our house. I give today's communication with Volvo of Dallas 3 stars- acceptable. I spoke to them about the tolls they incurred while my vehicle was in their possession, and to their credit the service manager said they will pay them "no problem". But I still give them 1 star for lack of quality, completion, and being sloppy.

I "was" a loyal Audi owner, but when I finally had all I could take with Boardwalk Audi's service department, I visited the Volvo of Dallas dealer (in Frisco) today and went immediately to talk to Pedro, the General Manger. Pretty disappointing experience! Been looking at a vehicle on their website and ended up driving 45 minutes to go look at it. Was shocked to find the vehicle leaking a good amount of oil.
