Price gouging like no tomorrow!! Find another dealership or mechanic to take your car to. Their labor rates are insane and charge you ridiculous fees that don't make any sense. Who pays an environmental disposal fee as a percentage of labor? That's what the manager tried to tell me. Just take your business elsewhere, seriously.
If there was a way to give NO stars, I would. I had my Volvo towed on Wed, July 5, 2023 to make sure it would be there by the time of my scheduled appointment, 7:45 am Thurs, July 6. When the service advisor (Brian Bingham) called me that afternoon, he said they could not jump the battery (DUH The appointment was to replace the battery, as was documented when I made the appointment) so they pushed it to the back lot and "hoped to get to it on Monday," July 7. WARNING: if you have a complex problem with your car. Do not take it to Crest Volvo. I was quoted $2800 to fix a timing issue and an oil leak after agreeing to this quote. I get a follow up call over a week later and Lyn the advisor said "we don't know, and it's going to take another $4600". The service department is full of incompetent people which includes the service director. Horrible service department!! No communication, all day oil change, No customer service. I would buy another Volvo but definitely not from Crest
Well my experience was horrible, I was in the market for few days and I found that Land Rover on Carcurus, Locke Reynolds from sales contact me, we scheduled a day for test drive, I went to the dealership on Wednesday 11-09-22 , I meet with Locke and informed him I did my homework already and am ready to buy, test drive went smooth I like it and decided to buy it, we scheduled next day on 11-10-22 to finish everything, I went on Thursday we start closing the deal with Locke manager and I left the dealership with the car arou... read more
I walked in asking for a specific car I saw on the inventory online, I was greeted by a seller (Daniel) and he went to get the keys and left me inside the building. Didn't offer a seat, or water, anything... Came back a bit later and told me the car wasn't ready yet. It was being inspected but to come back tomorrow morning. Purchased a 2022 Volvo XC60 Recharge at Crest late May of 2022. Should have done more research about the car but was given false information about the functionality of this car. IT is NOT a true hybrid. It runs on the battery the first 19-20 miles (after full charge) then transfers to gas. TRUE gas mileage on a good day on the highway is about 35mpg. Too many issues to list. First they sold us a wrecked car and tried to fix it "under the table". We also purchased the premium protection plan and although we paid for it, we were told we didn't have it. Well, lo and behold, after we sold the car, they found that we did have the protection plan. Shocker. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! I would never purchase from them again.
Liars. Shows one price online. Way higher price when you get approved. Says I got approved for 14% interests and can't go any lower that's the best. then when I go to finance office they try up changing all these warantys, and all of a sudden my rate goes down to 10%. They will hike up the price and never tell you about it. Not honest people don't do Buisness with them if you want to be treated fair in a car deal.
