After emailing back and forth for two months we finally met. Through emails Alycia was informative and understanding when I had to reschedule our appointment. When Raul and I met her we were impressed. She was very honest and down to earth. She helped me get the car I wanted. I love my XC60, Alycia, and the dealership. You can trust her!

UPDATE: I simply can NOT overstate the extraordinary nature of Lyn's customer service. Every. Single. Time. An excellent experience. Jorge was friendly, accommodating and willing to get my business in any possible way. Had I known they were a part of the Vandergriff group, I would've headed there right away instead of talking to Park Place and Autobahn Volvo. The service center is pretty good, and they are willing to come and pick up my car (and drop off a loaner) from my work in Fort Worth! Now that's service, especially considering the distance for them. Best of all, my brand new Volvo XC90 Inscription is gorgeous!
I spoke to matt today in the parts department i drive a 1993 volvo 850 the bulbs for the radio display burned out and i could not see the stations at night. I called several dealers to ask for replacement bulbs all of them said they do not sell the bulbs so i asked for a new radio all of them said they do not make the radio no more your best bet would be to try to find online or in the junkyard.
