Chris and his team were professional and thorough. They addressed our critter issue and then went above and beyond to secure our home to prevent future issues. Everyone on the team communicated effectively and made sure the job was done to a high standard. You certainly can trust Chris at Critter Control of East San Jose who is licensed to trap raccoons, etc. but when I sent him my photos, he told me that I had crows or blackbirds digging holes in my lawn & sent an Amazon link to the flash tape to add to 10 inch stakes to use on my lawn. Thank you, Chris!
Our Technician, John, was outstanding! On time. Courteous. Polite. Knowledgeable. Thorough. I cannot say enough good things about John, and would highly recommend Critter Control for any/all Critter issues.
I had nasty skunk smell in my backyard for way too long. I made an appointment with Critter Control to investigate and potentially put out traps. The guy wasn’t there a minute before he said that I have a dead skunk under my shed. He contacted an associate who handles that sort of situation.
