We have had a fantastic experience with Critter Control and especially with Steve. Steve was very professional and took the time to discuss the rodent problem we were facing and how we can solve it. He was very easy to communicate with, friendly, and always came on time and you could see that he really cared about helping us solve our problem. He is very experienced and explained rodent behavior really well. The rodents were trapped and we are happy being without them - thank you Steve!
We called Critter Control of San Jose after Brooks Pest Control failed to handle our rodent issue. Chris came out, inspected the house, perimeter, and attic. He correctly diagnosed the issue, and set the appropriate traps in the right locations. Within a day we had caught the rat. Steve and his whole team were amazing helping us deal with an issue we had. They responded to our initial call right away, got out here, did a thorough inspection and proposal. They explained that letting them do the work in the proposal meant they warrantied the work for a year. We decided that was worth it and we are so glad we did. Chris and his team were professional and thorough. They addressed our critter issue and then went above and beyond to secure our home to prevent future issues. Everyone on the team communicated effectively and made sure the job was done to a high standard. You certainly can trust Chris at Critter Control of East San Jose who is licensed to trap raccoons, etc. but when I sent him my photos, he told me that I had crows or blackbirds digging holes in my lawn & sent an Amazon link to the flash tape to add to 10 inch stakes to use on my lawn.
