I enjoyed working with Critter Control. They were honest, upfront, and very knowledgeable in their assessment of our rodent/bunny/gopher issues. They were clear about what could be accomplished given our vegetable garden/fruit trees and provided advice on other things we could do. Logistics were a breeze - easy to schedule, arrived when they promised, willing to answer any questions during their visits. I will definitely return as needed.

Very straight forward service and clear pricing. They got the job done, no nonsense and were very professional. Recommend them to anyone looking to remove rodents/pests from their house.

Some moles moved into my yard and started digging it up. I engaged Critter Control of San Jose to help. This is at least the second time I have hired them. Each time, they have been great, especially Technician, Chris, and administrator, Angelica. The company is very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!
They were prompt but the trap did not catch what we were looking to trap even after 15 days.
Thorough inspection and great communication. Technician John was always on time to check traps and repairs were done well. He was also awesome about working around my napping baby (working quickly and quietly!) Highly recommend

I had a skunk invading my yard and orphaned kittens I was feeding. I could not remove the food because the kittens were not old enough to catch their own food. I chose to remove the skunk. I called Critter Control; they came out and set a trap. The first night didn't trap a skunk, the second night a skunk was trapped. Steve came out and removed the skunk and the trap. I am totally pleased! Thank you so much for a job done quickly and efficiently. This service is a real bargain for me! Ruth L

Outstanding Raccoon removal. Safely removed the Momma and 5 children from the crawl space. Took numerous attempts and basically were on call and quickly responded. Very appreciative of all their efforts.
