I heard something under my house on a Friday night and panic texted Critter Control. They called back very quickly and arranged for someone to come by Monday morning. They were very upfront about costs. David and Andrew (and Amber on one trip) set and checked traps over the next 3 weeks, and installed vent covers where they were needed. They caught the culprit right away and I feel confident my house is now rat free! They were always on time, very polite, and always wore their masks. I highly recommend them!
We had a persistent noise in the crawl space and we used critter control to trap the rats and do repairs. Andrew and David did an excellent job. They followed up thoroughly too. We had a weak spot where the rats got in after couple of weeks after and they dealt with it as well. I'm so glad we picked them for our servicing needs.
David and Andrew did an EXCELLENT job! We had an issue with a raccoon staying in our attic. David and Andrew were very thorough in their assessment and repair work. They made sure to keep us informed of what was going on, showed us pictures of evidence of the raccoon living in the attic, and did great work to ensure the critter will not be able to come back in. I used Critter Control when I was having a rat issue in my basement. I'd had another company do pest proofing a few years ago, but the rats were getting in again. Khoa was the employee who handled everything at my home. He was always on time, professional, friendly, well spoken and competent, and willingly to answer any questions I had. After discovering rat activity I contacted Critter Control for an inspection ($199 for my single story ~1500sf home) to get more information about the problem. I've used Critter Control services so many times over the years and they never disappoint. When we moved into our previous home in Santa Clara there were rats in the crawl space. Critter Control took care of it by sealing off or replacing crawl space vents. They did a whole house inspection and sealed off a bunch of other possible places rats could come in too. Skunk under my house!! EWWWW odor coming up through heater vents!! Pup dog sprayed 3 times. Prompt response from Robert, knowledgeable & compassionate regarding my issues. Steve & Amber arrived soon inspected the perimeter set up 2 traps & explained the procedure. The service agreement was explained. Great crew thank you!! I give them 5 stars so far. Shortly after the weather changed to colder nighttime temperatures we started hearing intermittent scratching sounds in the crawl space under our kitchen and living room area.
