We had been hearing scratching noises in our attic in a somewhat inaccessible location for a few days and decided to call Critter Control. Critter Control is fantastic!!! We thought we knew what we were doing. We were patching holes in our vents around our house for years, but the fact is that we were ignoring much larger problems that eventually came back to bite us. In the past I had put out my own mouse traps. However, I caught a rat on camera and decided I need a professional. I'm really glad I contacted Critter Control. They came out and did a full inspection. The provided photos with areas where critters could get into house. I opted to do all the repairs. They only required I replace 12 of the 22 foundation screens, however, I saw these were "falling" apart and had them do all 22, as well as patches holes from other installs, and issues on roof. First of all, be aware that their services are very expensive. We were in a bind, because a skunk trapped under our house caused our place to reek for more than 3 days to the point where we could taste it. So we went with a brand name vendor for quick action. A guy did come out and assess our place and gave us an estimate, over 3K. Uber expensive. Excellent service from beginning to end. I contacted Critter Control because we have some rats issues. Steve came to do a complete inspection and install traps. He took the time to go explain the situation and explain the areas of concern. Another small detail, Steve took his shoes off to walk on our carpet area. This was much appreciated. We are still in the process but I'm glad we picked critter control. Thank you

I dealt with Steve for everything that needed to be done. His service was excellent. I contacted this company for a rodent issue. I had previously hired a company 2 years ago for the same issues. I found out they missed so much and the work they did was very poor. I feel the job was done correctly this time. Steve was very easy to work with, very patient with me and knew his business. I would not hesitate to recommend him and this company for any rodent issues.

I needed help with a rat problem in a rental unit and contacted Critter Control at the recommendation of a friend. They were able to go out the next day, contacted the tenant directly for an appointment time, gave a very reasonable quote, and stayed in contact with me and the tenant throughout the entire process. I have been very impressed and would definitely recommend Critter Control.

Great company. Very helpful and responsive staff. They Came out and got rid of our raccoon problem! Gave us tips on how to prevent in future too.
