I am so impressed by Critter Control. I found them on Yelp and didn't know what to expect. But, I've been so impressed. If you have little four-legged creatures you don't want in your attic, or elsewhere, don't hesitate to call them. I'd recommend Chris who provided amazing service. He was thorough, timely, knowledgeable and unfailing polite. I could not be happier with the service.
Excellent service and great communications. Don't waste time with companies that with only look at the attic or basement. Critter Control will do a complete house inspection and give you a detailed recommendation for repairs and necessary fixes.
A skunk managed to get under our sunroom just when a winter storm started and created overpowering stink! This company provided prompt, professional, and friendly service. Mike was knowledgeable and patient in explaining the critter behaviors and answering our questions. He set up the traps around noon time, and the skunk was caught around 8pm the same day. I had a great experience working with David. He was very pleasant, courteous, professional, knowledgable. He came out a total of 4 times - inspection, 3 trap checks and fixing all the "entrances" into the attic and crawl space. I didn't do price comparison so not sure how competitive their service is. Inspection was $199 but that was deducted from the repair cost.
Friendly, prompt service. They caught 2 skunks and released 1 fox. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend these guys! Very responsive and reliable. We had them come out to check our attic for mice and they did a complete inspection and detailed recommendation for repairs and any necessary remediation. Although they felt there wasn't a big issue, we still had them lay out traps and the repairs they recommended. Very courteous and professional during every interaction!
Thanks to Yelp and all the great reviews of CC. I had some large rats getting under my house crawl space and although I tried to address the problem myself I was unsuccessful. CC came out, did a full inspection, showed me where the rodents were entering, set traps and plugged all the entrances. They warranty their work for a full year but I'm confident that the critters won't be able to gain entrance.
Chris was very professional, on time and easy to work with. Truly a five star experience from this company. He literally saved our day by quickly removing a dead skunk from the crawl space that was stinking up the house.
Not only did Critter Control find and remove the nesting raccoons, but they explained what they were doing and why.
