Highly highly highly recommend! Michael and the team over there were completely knowledgeable, responsive, and more than helpful with our raccoon problem. While we would have loved for the raccoons to leave on their own we unfortunately needed them removed from our property. Based out of San Jose the team there works 7 days a week and we're able to respond weekends as well for trap removal. Super helpful - couldn't directly solve my problem but walked me through exactly how to do it in a patient and professional manner.
David came out for the inspection/assessment. He put my mind at ease and was super friendly. If any further action is needed, I will not hesitate to call Critter Control for additional work.
I did the Yelp Request for Quote. Their team had replied VERY quickly asking about the stats of the house. Instead of lying or giving me a line trying to have them come out and charge me for a inspection fee, they straight up told me that my roof type can't get a long term solution and gave me suggestions on how to deal with my attic visitors. Thanks Critter Control for being open and honest! If I move and need your services, I'll definitely be calling you.
Well, I never thought I'd have to hire a company to remove a family of raccoons from under my house but I did. The owner was professional, timely, and very responsive and followed through with his commitment to help us. Glad to have used his service but I also hope I don't have to in the future...

After one of our dogs was sprayed by a skunk the second time, I contacted Critter Control. They were simply the best. Over 2 weeks they caught and removed 3 skunks (and a possum). Every time I called them to empty or rebait the trap they came out promptly. Since we have recurring problems with roof rats and other critters nesting in the crawlspace and attic of our house, I'm about to have them do an inspection and then rodent-proof our house. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

David did a thorough inspection of the house and made recommendations for repairs. Although the quoted price for repair is high due to inflation, most of the repairs I was able to do it myself.
Worked with critter control for 3 racoons nesting in our backyard. Prompt responses and great service. They did periodic rebaiting on demand, no questions asked and the overall price was reasonable. They caught one of the three racoons and the other two have stopped visiting. Would definitely recommend them.
This was my second encounter with Critter Control of San Jose. Just as before, I found them to be responsive, incredibly helpful, and very easy to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
