Super helpful service. They were very professional and help us deal with some unwanted house guests. They are very humane and know the area and also knew the animals really well. I would totally use them again and I highly recommend!
I had a skunks, raccoons & possums living (and fighting & spraying) under my house. They ripped up the insulation, destroyed the fountain, and left feces & angry skunk smell everywhere. We have had a skunk problem for some time. I used Critter Control years ago at my mother in laws rental in Mountain View and they were quick and professional so I called them again for this issue. I checked around the house here looking for where they could be getting in and could not find anywhere. One walk around the house with Steve and he immediately pointed it out hidden between the fence and planter. This is the second time in several years I've had Critter Control come out. I am so impressed with their timeliness, professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend if you've got raccoon problems!
Critter Control provides excellent service. They have solved our critter problem! Every member of the team is professional, friendly and capable. They explained the work needed, documented with photos, provided a recap after each visit and completed all the work on time and as promised. Definitely recommend Critter Control for any critter issues!
They were great before they recently CRAZILY raised their prices. I used them previously to catch an opossum, they charged me $139 to set the trap and $139 to remove any trapped animals with free re-baiting. Then I saw another opossum and called again because they were so great and helpful before. The problem now is that they changed their prices to $499 per week. No, that is not a typo. No thanks Critter Control!

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our format change. We have moved to a full service approach to our animal trapping jobs. We used to charge 139.00 to come out and set the traps, and then an additional 139.00 per animal that we caught in the trap. With our original setup, we were giving the customer the option to check the trap for us every day, and call prior to 11:00am if an animal was caught or if the trap needed service, or if the customer couldn't check the trap for us, we were charging 55.00 per day ... read more
We had been hearing noises under our house brought in a well known pest control who did absolutely nothing. Critter Control came in and solved all our issues. So professional and so thorough I just can't say enough. Pictures were taken of everything so we knew exactly what was going on. If you have any critter issues, look no further. These guys are the best.

I did a Yelp search for gopher exterminators and they came up. Called, left msg. they called back saying THEY DO NOT DO GOPHERS. If I did a search for window washers would they come up then too? Please don't waste our time.
