Problem solved!! Critter control caught three BIG rats who took up residence in my garage attic and under my house back in fall 2018. David came to my house and with his amazingly keen eye was able to detect tiny tracks and trails to let him know where they were entering. He was super professional and showed me pictures of everything he saw so I could make up my own mind. We had great service with Critter Control! They got the rodents living under our house under control. They were always professional and courteous, as well as very informative on how to solve the problem. They always showed up on time (if not early), and they were also patient with my toddler who would talk to them constantly! I highly recommend using Critter Control!
These guys are the best. Chris was extremely courteous, professional and responsive. Immediately provided advice for a possum problem. We will definitely contact them again if we don't get the possums out for good, or if we have other problems with vermin in the future.
Never having dealt with this problem I want to highly recommend this service and particularly Mr. Luis Franco. He is knowledgeable and friendly, efficient and clean. Even got a yelp discount. Glad I called them!
These guys are true to their word: A little less than a year ago they came and trapped a possum under my house, plugged up all the holes, and also inspected and plugged holes in the attic. A couple of weeks ago we heard scrabbling noises in the attic. We called and they came immediately. They did a great job dealing with our ground squirrel problem. I especially like their great communications skills - they are easy to talk to via email etc so everything can be taken care of.
I called this company to help me identify a stubborn order within the interior of my home. The technician showed up exactly on time, was very professional and obviously well-skilled in his craft. Called these guys to assist with my Critter issue. I live downtown and had been having issues with possums and raccoons entering my crawl space area... and bringing fleas! I was never so grossed out in my life. Luis came on Friday to set the traps and was so nice and very informative.
