This is a company you can feel relaxed to let them come and perform to a very high standard. We have experienced very annoying noises from squirrels for a long time. They came in 3 steps, a thorough inspection followed by a very serious traps setting including attic, crawling space, and finished up by a complete sealing of all potential entrances. Originally I was communicating with Chris on identifying the problem before coming out to save me from paying for the assessment fee. He wanted to help me solve the problem if I could on my own . High praise for Dave and Andrew from Critter Control San Jose! They are wonderful and so helpful! I had a rat, possum AND squirrel problem that drove me crazy and they came and investigated all the signs to see what was going on. They DEFINITELY know what they are talking about and they are very thorough in going through the crawlspace and the attic to find evidence of rodent activity. Critter Control is the epitome of professionalism, expertise, and friendly-service. I cannot rate them highly enough. 10+ stars if I could. We have caught four rats under our house and tried to close every opening we could find. David and his teammate Andrew came out and at a glance spotted a half-dozen or more access points we missed because we simply don't know what to look for. This is a strange 5 star review because I actually DID NOT use their service! We had a mouse problem in our kitchen - some little grey house mice that I was able to capture several of them. We had a few left that simply were too smart and kept evading capture. I called Critter Control to schedule an appointment and left a message. About an hour later a gentlemen called me back (forgot his name) and asked me to explain the situation. The team at Critter Control are thorough and really nice. They made the entire process easy on me, and made sure I was satisfied. I want to commend them for their professionalism, knowledge, customer support, and again, they are great guys.
We got a roof rat last year. The rat wake us up in the middle of the night, which was super annoying. The guy from Critter Control of San Jose came and inspected our attic and crawl space and determined it was roof rats. He put mouse traps, which caught the rat a few days after. I decided to call Critter Control of San Jose after I was very disappointed with another company 6 months prior that did not resolve a rat problem that I'd been having. The previous company clearly did not do a good job inspecting every possible entry point because the problem persisted and since I didn't do every single overpriced repair...they said they couldn't do anything more unless I paid even more.
