Dr Gopal is my favorite Dr very understanding and very polite not judgmental at all! Amanda Higgs is very strict but in a nicer way where u know she is serious but u still don't feel cornered or disrespected. My counselor Ms. Carolyn, I just LOVE HER she calls me ANYTIME she is worried about me (wich is at least twice a week) and talks ANYTIME I need to. She is AWESOME!! Misty Harris is the best thing that’s happened to Crossroads in Winchester, Va. She’s there for you, holds you accountable, is honest with you and goes above and beyond. I watched her make her way from working the front desk, checking us in and taking payments to being head counselor! She deserves a raise and so much more! I’m not so sure I’d be this far in my recovery, if not for her, with the year I’ve had.

Counselors, nurses etc leave and it’s hard to develop a relationship with anyone. Vicki I’m Winchester is my counselor and excellent give the woman a raise and it’s great to have Erin back it is much needed and some need to be fired

Great place overall, my only complaint is the lack of communication amongst the staff and also between the in office medical team and patients other out of office personal doctors. That said all else is overall amazing, it’s a nonjudgmental environment that is truly out to help you achieve sobriety. To the staff they truly care from the moment you walk in at the front desk to the staff treating you.
