Well seeing as I hadn’t been there since supposedly 2020 (which I don’t think is true, also it was called ars?) but I need to switch clinics to somewhere closer to my home (I’ve been clean for a long time now and just want to transfer clinics) they said I need proof of rehab. I haven’t been to rehab in years so how am I supposed to get proof I went? The doctor wouldn’t even see me unless I had paperwork from rehab.. in which I hadn’t been to rehab in years and I’ve moved 3x within that time period.. honestly they make it so ... read more

The staff is friendly but doctor Merrill doesn’t care all she do is give u a script and sends u on ur way. She doesn’t care about my well being or anyone’s in that matter. If you attend here try to get a night appointment because the morning dr is not cool..

The receptionist (Adrianne, was all the name she would give me) was terribly rude and decided to make my appointment extremely uncomfortable. I am out of town for work and needed to see the doctor so I made an appointment near the hotel. Let’s just say I was drug tested 3 times. 2 swabs and then the care coordinator (Leslie) barged into the doctors office and demanded a instant urine screen. All were good to go. I would hate to be treated the way I was (4yrs of using crossroads/ARS) if I were a first time patient.

Your make worker fine guys fine social worker type people fine your supervisor was a B*tch. I talked to staff and said that I had my drug tests for them to see my history for the Drs personal information to show as much history as possible n she got all gung hi saying she's the supervisor like that's impressive of an overprescribing nuisance of a clinic. I went to crossroads of Reading and was denied to be seen because I was set up for a 12:20 appointment! I hope your administration knows that the prescription doctor has made her own leaving time if 12:30pm . I was dumbfounded that as hard as I have fought to change my life around I would be denied to be seen because, the doctor will not have enough time to process you.
