Get directionsI love coming there I’ve been at this office for a while now and I haven’t had not 1 bad Experience From the nurse that checked me in to the one that takes my vitals and the doctor they are all great to me and I know they have to put up with a lot of bullshit from other people I give them six stars out of five
They accused me of failing a drug test for a drug that I never even did on top of that the doctor wrote my script wrong for the second time! Get to the pharmacy for a wrong script to drive all the way back to the office to inform her it’s wrong to have to go back to the pharmacy again! This place is a mess an needs more in order it’s like a circus
The lady that meets and greets the public is so unprofessional and rude. I have never met a public official with such a negative attitude. We only have 10 acres and it is clear land. Our bill usually runs no more than $30.00 to $35.00 per month. For a three or four month period our bill was $175.00 to $180.00. We were told there was a leak. We found no leak. I was told to come in to my office of cranberry township of Pittsburgh Pa after calling and speaking with everyone I could to tell them I had been positive with COVID 19 and did have a positive Covid tests, I had pleaded with the people on the office number, and crossroads number and told them that I had Covid 19 because I did not have my medication but yet they paid no positive attention to my urgent matter I was very upset that I still had to come into the office being as contagious and whatnot, I felt so horribly for oth... read more
Think my dr was out it put me there for 3 hr. I think could have been quicker maybe next time
I still haven’t been able to get my meds bc the pharmacy you wanted me to go to had to order it. Another CVS on piney forest Rd has it but can’t transfer between pharmacies and need Dr to send in the prescription to them. Trying to wait until 1:00 when the med delivery comes in at CVS at Target before I go back to you guys and have the prescription changed to the other location
Had problems for 3 days with insurance verification
Very nice fair and not dealing with peoples bullshit plus I love my dr she is so nice
Always disorganized, never the same staff, never the same doctor, never seen a doctor in person, don’t understand why I have to drive over an hour to video chat with a doctor, my first appointment was video chat. I don’t understand why I can’t do my drug test locally and my appointment on video chat. It’s getting ridiculous, however I’m noticing different companies that are doing exactly what I’m talking about. Once I find one that accepts my insurance, I will definitely be moving on
