I was very grateful for Winchester scheduling in an emergency apt. after dr morston missed my appointment in Harrisonburg . I was not contacted like the rest of the patients as the counselor told me I was supposed to die to his vacation / emergency . I’m extremely thankful for the same as hburg Va counselor , and she confirmed they had it in the system as my fault , and changed that CRTC did not contact me after changing my apt 3 times in 24 hrs from it blaming me & me recieving attitude like it was my fault . I like to believe there is reason behind what I am being asked to do and I feel as though each months subsequent visit brings a new Dr and they do not seem to read my file from the last Dr's notes. I also am dissapointed with how most Dr's speak to me and how I am forced to explain my elaborate back story each and every visit, furthermore my intentions and other medications are pulled into question and I am left wondering about the professionalism of the institute and it's decision makers post every visit

The workers are very polite and helpful. Just the only thing that’s not good is I have been clean and sober since Jan 15th and they tried to say I had a dirty drug screen last week. They admitted to me they had the labels wrong on my drug screen the week before and then I had a dirty. Also they gave the wrong person my container to piss in and luckily I caught onto it before she went and took her drug test. Or I would have another false drug test that was not mine. Please understand that we are not in control of the drug ... read more

Im one of a very small group of people thats tales recovery seriously. Im upset right now with your policy on medicinal cannabis. Never mind that. Im being punished right now because your lab that you use can NOT tell the difference between CBD, Delta 8 cannabis. I dont have time for a science lesson for you guys but I DO NOT use THC at the moment sadly it is still illegal in SC, but what i do use after having a severe brain injury, is CBD and Delta 8 cannabis Both which are LEGAL in the state of SC. Long story short, I had ... read more

Programs director is the only person in this clinic that does her job with Extreme professionalism and passion for helping people all the nurses like to blame their shortcomings on patients just because it’s easier to put the blame on someone with no voice counselors are very few far in between that actually do their job out of passion of helping people most of them are there just for a paycheck Except for few that really care but the doors counselors usually don’t stick around for some reason.
