They send urine to a place that is rated the lowest & cheapest. Many come back with alcohol in system & you don't drink.

The manager of the office was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. She was discussing my personal information very loudly in the waiting room.When I tried to ask her not to she became very loud, and rude and another staff member came and walked her away from the waiting room. I know this is a direct violation of HIPPA being that I have been working in the healthcare field for twelve years. I was very grateful for Winchester scheduling in an emergency apt. after dr morston missed my appointment in Harrisonburg . I was not contacted like the rest of the patients as the counselor told me I was supposed to die to his vacation / emergency . Everything was good until I went to get my medicine and the dr didn’t put the code on there it’s been 2 days and 6 calls later and I still don’t have the meds I was hoping this was going to help me ,not so sure now
