The experience I choose was to live and without the help of CrossRoads and their Step Up Program I would have definitely went on a road that Dead Ends.

CEO never calls back. Even though they tell you they do. Regional Director gave position of Director to her friend. All others employees left or asked to leave.

They send urine to a place that is rated the lowest & cheapest. Many come back with alcohol in system & you don't drink.

Horrible not what you know but who. Staff is ok'd by one who got her position recently cause friend is regional director

The manager of the office was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. She was discussing my personal information very loudly in the waiting room.When I tried to ask her not to she became very loud, and rude and another staff member came and walked her away from the waiting room. I know this is a direct violation of HIPPA being that I have been working in the healthcare field for twelve years. I was very grateful for Winchester scheduling in an emergency apt. after dr morston missed my appointment in Harrisonburg . I was not contacted like the rest of the patients as the counselor told me I was supposed to die to his vacation / emergency . I’m extremely thankful for the same as hburg Va counselor , and she confirmed they had it in the system as my fault , and changed that CRTC did not contact me after changing my apt 3 times in 24 hrs from it blaming me & me recieving attitude like it was my fault . Things was all messed up ,no provider needed to go on zoom waiting and waiting finally got to talk on zoom on the on ramp on 80

Everything was good until I went to get my medicine and the dr didn’t put the code on there it’s been 2 days and 6 calls later and I still don’t have the meds I was hoping this was going to help me ,not so sure now
