Y’all caused me to almost loose my job twice and messed up my bottle recall. After not missing one for 4years my counselor tells me sorry but I tried to call you now you have to go back to faze one which is going everyday. I almost had a nervous breakdown cause no way I could go through that again. Come to find out she called the wrong number. Also I’ve had my counselor changed multiple times which is crazy to me. At first y’all seemed to care but now it’s just a buisiness

After so many people leaving we finally got people who actually cared and made the experience great everytime I came. Now all those people are gone and the new replacements are horrible! They have absolutely NO PEOPLE SKILLS! The new director, nurse, and receptionist doesn’t make it welcoming. The new director has been their for a week and I didn’t even know who she was. She stayed in the office. Janeisha was an amazing nurse and now she’s gone. She made everything run smoothly. She handled the hostile people easily. Shawnee... read more

New nurses are slow and can barely do their jobs. You get bounced around from counselor to counselor all the time so they hardly get to know you. They also don't ask any real questions to get to know you and why you're there. I only like it cause it's close.

I will say I used the kill with kind approach because I was wanting out of a person using authority to laugh and humiliate me. indirectly of course.idk. I said the most wonderful things to 1 person and I never was talked down too. That was easy because she shared sadness with me before and I honestly used kindness that was about an awful life experience I related to 💯 that's true believe it didn't sit with the other woman and yes. as anything but strange how can she even think to bother me. I will act like everything said ... read more

The director was arrested for sexual misconduct against a female student in Ga.and he currently is in a position to assault women who are vulnerable in rehab in crossroads receiving help. I know of personally three females he propositions for sex and saw proof through text messages on females phones. So why do women in recovery mean less putting the shark in a tank of prey shame on crossroads for not removing him

Lol, Anyone else going to review CROSSROADS don't make the mistake of unediting, spellchecks, even wrong sentiment or words as it's already (texting I mean) a misunderstanding or crapshoot. And lastly go in do your business and leave even talking can be misunderstood. That's my ongoing lesson. Ugh...

I have been coming to receive my treatment at crossroads almost 2 yrs. This past year has been like a rollercoaster of a bit of alot of different negative happenings. My 8 9 10th counselor, unfair jabs at my expensive is the worst first thing in the morning. Listening and watching persons make fun of a patient, having no say for fear of even a wave of neverending negativity towards you. Recently I and a handful of others have had the unfortunate situation of the newest counselor and blatant untruths to what? Idk. Patience le... read more

I don’t know who gave you people permission to send mr this text but if I did or do come to your treatment center I think this is a huge invasion of my privacy…. I don’t send naked pictures nor do I look at porn on my phone because I have children around that might pick up my phone at any time and play with it…. Does that make sense to you…..? I certainly hope that it does… I am highly upset with this coming over my text messages…. Without my permission…. I want to know who did this…?
