Get directions5yr+ patient here. Honestly..?? I would not Recommend this “treatment center” to anyone who wants sincere help in recovery. It’s not centered around personal recovery at all, it’s a business, NOT a treatment center. I sincerely believe that only ONE person at my “clinic” seems to actually care about my recovery program progress and my personal well-being & physical/mental health. The rest of the staff, including corporate personnel, only care about bringing in money and are only there for a job/paycheck. My advice: Look els... read more
Everyone quits it’s horrible the phasing up is ridiculous! I should get the same test as everyone who pays. People who self pay shouldn’t get a different test than people who have insurance it’s truly idiotic. That’s not treating clients THE SAME!
I just haven’t had the attention from my counselor that I feel I need right now. Many red flags but it’s hard to explain when you feel nobody is listening
The nurses are very nice and very helpful in my opinion, but the others treat everyone as drug addict regardless of why your here. Let me clarify not all but most. They always seem to have awful attitudes . I try hard to be nice and always respectful but its hard because they treat you like trash even when you are using the facility as pain management. I definitely would never recommend going to this clinic.
I’ve been going to my clinic for almost 20 years and since you guys took it over it runs a lot less smooth ! Very long wait time to get my medication in the morning I’ve gone through four counselors in the last year. I’m not very satisfied the employees they’re very nice but besides that all your rules are ridiculous
My counselor Vicki is great but Amanda doesn’t know how to talk to people She belittles people and is very condescending. If she won’t help her own family she not going to help Us. She seems as if she thrives on people failing
I'm really beginning to hate going to this place. The days leading up to my scheduled visit, I seriously start dreading it. This facility is so unorganized and careless about the customer's time, and it shows. I'm every visit, I sit in the waiting room and listen to people complain about needing to be at work in a few minutes and still waiting to see their counselor. I was the 8th person in line when the facility opened at 5:00 am, on my last visit. Four people ahead of me had to see their counselor, as did I. After waiting ... read more
Well I do like my counselor I have to admit I feel she generally cares but respect, privacy, and honesty are so important while someone is trying to live a life of recovery. I’ve been going here for a long time years. And I have never had an issue but then my counselor was out one day and I had to come in when I didn’t even need to because I was getting 2 weeks take homes came in because women now have to take pregnancy every month regardless of dose decreasing or not. So I came in and had to meet with a different lady and s... read more
The policies there are so restrictive prohibit you from getting the medication you need which is why you're there in the first place.
