Most of you guys are literally the worst ever since the one person left down there in Franklin it’s absolutely awful they’re always behind schedule, call offices in South Carolina, you get treated beyond rude there is no point in talking to the counselor because they don’t help anyway.. personally I’m thinking about switching never in my life have i delt with the rudest people. They don’t care if you don’t own a car and they will put you into withdrawl with out thinking twice about it. Not impressed

I was late for my appointment because the battery was dead in my car when i went to leave. I called to let them know, I was on my way. When I arrived, I was told that the Dr probably wouldn't see me because of me being late she would go find out. She came back saying she wouldn't because she was already running behind. She was running behind because she moved all her appts from Monday to Saturday because of the holiday. I couldn't even reschedule my appt in the office I had to call a call center to do it. I was told to ask a... read more

Sometimes you relapse and it can be hard to admit but, being treated as less than by your prescribing Physcian does not motivate u to want to quit. Does not match your About Us page.

My appointment took almost 4 hours. I was supposed to go to work afterwards but that didn’t happen. The staff was great but the doctor not so much. This isn’t the first time either

To some staff it is just a job. No empathy for the patients. No therapy, just a Dr. Who wants you to be a vegan like him. And if you are fat you will never get more than 2 weeks take home. If your fat he will cut your dose. It does not matter if your sobriety is in jeopardy his rules are more important than your lively hood. Have not failed a drug test in 4 yes and get takehomes taken away just as I get a night shift job and need them most. So now I will dose at 9am then go to work at 5 after my dose is wore off so by ... read more

Your program director Miss Grace is the only reason this place is functioning at all most of the counselors have a good intentions but are completely clueless in their own profession! Nurses are too lazy to do their own job and blame their own shortcomings on to the Patients of this faciliy . I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Grace from the bottom of my heart for being an awesome human being with a huge heart and a soul of an angel that knows how to listen to a patient and not make them feel like a second or... read more

5yr+ patient here. Honestly..?? I would not Recommend this “treatment center” to anyone who wants sincere help in recovery. It’s not centered around personal recovery at all, it’s a business, NOT a treatment center. I sincerely believe that only ONE person at my “clinic” seems to actually care about my recovery program progress and my personal well-being & physical/mental health. The rest of the staff, including corporate personnel, only care about bringing in money and are only there for a job/paycheck. My advice: Look els... read more

Everyone quits it’s horrible the phasing up is ridiculous! I should get the same test as everyone who pays. People who self pay shouldn’t get a different test than people who have insurance it’s truly idiotic. That’s not treating clients THE SAME!

I just haven’t had the attention from my counselor that I feel I need right now. Many red flags but it’s hard to explain when you feel nobody is listening
