Yesterday’s appointment was ok. I didn’t like. the doctor being 1/2 hour late. I am 69 years and I don’t have a real trust for zoom. I rather come to the Norristown office but if Zoom is the way Crossroads is doing doctors appointments I will learn to like Zoom’s way of doing things,.

This is the 2nd visit where it’s been nearly a week after my appointment and the script team has yet to send my medication to the pharmacy!! First time it was more than a week, this time I have no idea how long it will take but it’s already been almost a week! I see Crossroads for other medical reasons and NEVER have this issue, but I call constantly and I don’t have any time to sit on hold for hours chasing people down to make sure they send my script. on time for appointment but took 3hrs to be seen. one of the lady’s up front does not need to be working there, she is and always RUDE to people just a nasty person!!!

Went on first day which was a Monday and was told they didn’t have the right paperwork to be a guest had to call my normal place 3 times cause they refused to call them and get the right paperwork so I had to call them and have 3 different fax’s they finally got the right paperwork it would have been so much easier if they called and said hey we need x,y,x but not I had to guess and hope it was right ridiculous and on top of it was told if I didn’t get the right paperwork in by the time they close which was 5 mins I would be... read more

I have been going to this clinic for 8 weeks and it’s getting old to have to go in over and over. I’m tired of it and am going to start at another office asap. My friends go to another one here and get there stuff over there phone thru tellamed, what’s up with you people? This is past inconvenient and super old.
