Waited over an hour and 20 minutes, two months in a row. At one point there where six people waiting and only two chairs. Computer wasn’t working. Appointment time was 1:10, didn’t see Dr. Until 2:30.

This last experience was awful. I was called last minute to cancel on me because a dr was sick and could only reschedule for a zoom appointment later in the day when I would be at work (I had to call out for this.) For a prescription that runs out the day of my appointment this seems that there should’ve been some urgency to get me in earlier. The dr then forced me out of the meeting while I was getting my video to work. After repeated phone calls the entire appointment took over an hour. The Dr was incredibly rude and unsym... read more

I've been a patient at crossroads for a while now and everyone I've encountered with has been amazing, they have always treated me with kindness and made me feel like an equal even though I'm a recovering addict..I had an evening appointment this past Friday in the Johnstown, Pa office and seen Dr. Lawless from the minute I walked in his office and sat down he treated me AWFUL, Dr. Lawless was reading over my chart on his computer when he proceeded to question me about my medical assistant through the state, he asked me if i... read more

On my last visit the lab tech guy held my mouth swab in his had then turned around and got the other patient in the room mouth swab this was in every way not good as it caused me to get a dirty drug screen and he wrote my BP down wrong on my chart, I want to start putting my swab in my case with my name as I don’t want this to occur again, I didn’t get my 30 days due to this. I hope this does not happen to anyone else .

15 months of perfect everything and I have to come back in six days because I work now and I can’t have a televize it when the state has extended it for another 90 days that’s ridiculous so now I’m getting convenience and I’m gonna have to call off of work to come to an appointment
