Get directionsOn my last visit the lab tech guy held my mouth swab in his had then turned around and got the other patient in the room mouth swab this was in every way not good as it caused me to get a dirty drug screen and he wrote my BP down wrong on my chart, I want to start putting my swab in my case with my name as I don’t want this to occur again, I didn’t get my 30 days due to this. I hope this does not happen to anyone else .
I only got 12 subs prescribed to me when I’m supposed to get 28 of them and all I got was 12 I don’t understand why
15 months of perfect everything and I have to come back in six days because I work now and I can’t have a televize it when the state has extended it for another 90 days that’s ridiculous so now I’m getting convenience and I’m gonna have to call off of work to come to an appointment

Never have a problem staff is very nice
CEO never calls back. Even though they tell you they do. Regional Director gave position of Director to her friend. All others employees left or asked to leave.
They send urine to a place that is rated the lowest & cheapest. Many come back with alcohol in system & you don't drink.

The manager of the office was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. She was discussing my personal information very loudly in the waiting room.When I tried to ask her not to she became very loud, and rude and another staff member came and walked her away from the waiting room. I know this is a direct violation of HIPPA being that I have been working in the healthcare field for twelve years.
