The past month to a month and a half the service/ wait time is pretty ridiculous. An hour to hour and a half. Unprofessional. I understand eveuome has a bad day. But not everyday. I’ve been late for work. Yo the point that they’re asking questions that k on do NOT want to answer. I had to leave this morning as I did twice last week. I’m so close to changing my clinic!!

The doctor did not send in my prescription after seeing her yesterday. This is the 4th time in 9 months of being a patient there! Twice the prescription was never sent in after I traveled to the office and saw the dr on the computer screen and reviewed my meds and then she just never sent it to the pharmacy. One other time the wrong prescription was sent in and the fourth one the prescription was double what I was supposed to take. Which is dangerous. I didn’t get to see the case manager that puts your clean drug screens in to pearconnect in order to get the five dollars so please let me have that

Yesterday’s appointment was ok. I didn’t like. the doctor being 1/2 hour late. I am 69 years and I don’t have a real trust for zoom. I rather come to the Norristown office but if Zoom is the way Crossroads is doing doctors appointments I will learn to like Zoom’s way of doing things,.

This is the 2nd visit where it’s been nearly a week after my appointment and the script team has yet to send my medication to the pharmacy!! First time it was more than a week, this time I have no idea how long it will take but it’s already been almost a week! I see Crossroads for other medical reasons and NEVER have this issue, but I call constantly and I don’t have any time to sit on hold for hours chasing people down to make sure they send my script. on time for appointment but took 3hrs to be seen. one of the lady’s up front does not need to be working there, she is and always RUDE to people just a nasty person!!!
