Get directionsI did not like talking to my doc. I shouldn't be questioned about other medications that I'm taking that are legal and helping me.
It was terrible the first appointment they said I was a no show after I sat on zoom waiting for a hour! They rescheduled me for the next day! During that appointment I told the doctor about my allergy to naloxone she told me that they do not prescribe any other medication the one I needed was Buphmorphine! I told her then I can’t take any and now I’m going to be sick even longer! I told her I was struggling bad n was having cravings to go do dope! The call needed abruptly! Then I get a text message saying that my medication ... read more
Yesterday was to be my appointment. My phone did not connect well to Zoom. I was told to use a different phone when I did u was taken out of the room twice and told had to wait till today. I was treated terrible by your staff yesterday. After I had done what I was told to do I feel your company does not care about their patients. I was tossed to the side like a complete piece of garbage.
The Doctor Cindy Bakow ignorantly hung up on me during my televisit. She refused to send my prescription to my pharmacy without me calling prior. The same pharmacy that I asked for 3 days for my script to go to. She didn’t want to listen to anything other than to waste my time. Why make me have another visit 3 days after my last one just to tell me to call pharmacy’s to send my prescription, and call that 800 number back. When I called that 800 number for 3 days in a row multiple times a day to have my original prescription ... read more
I couldn’t get an appointment for weeks. The day comes and it get cancelled so I have to wait another week. I have been in a program for over a year and followed all the rules but ran out of medication so I really needed to get into a program as fast as I could. Now I’m laying in bed sick and miserable waiting for a maybe. It’s really no wonder why people just get it off the streets, there is less hassle, judgement, and it’s cheaper.
The doctor wasn’t there during my appointment so they told everyone to take our tests and leave and they would send our scripts over that day. It’s now been 3 days later and they haven’t sent it yet. I got my notification for my next month appointment but still no script this month. I called and they said the doc will send it soon but they haven’t at all. Idk what the hell they are doing over there but usually it’s sent right away.
Well I never got my script and of course you can’t get any extra to hold you over like normal medication. Now I’m driving around like a nut while with drawling trying to fill it and it’s unexceptionable. I shouldn’t even be driving let alone going through hell and back for a prescription and yuz wonder why people relapse.
This place is horrible. The pharmacy is literally the nicest part about it. The counselors are very awkward and it almost seems like they are playing “pretend counselor” They claim to have a treatment plan (which literally nobody who ert
They don’t have enough dosing nurses. I have been having to wait over an hour everyday and quite literally having to speed home to get my kids to school on time.
