I've been to several clinics on methadone matience. This is the worst clinic I ever attended. Much of the staff are very rude. My last day there Nov. 22 2021. I had 130.00 on my account. I have made several calls to corporate and to the clinic. Corporate to this day has not returned my phone calls, despite me leaving several messages. I just spoke with Marissa the director. I feel rushed like everyone is in a hurry to get no where
Just heard that the regional director said that they are going to be open for one hour on Christmas. So I have to spend my whole morning here for hours because of this ridiculousness instead of with my kids. But online it says you will be closed on Christmas so this is just another example of this place never knowing what’s going on.
Its bin 28 hrs since my apt and they still haven't called my script in i called about 6 times
Ever since they changed Drs I have been seeing a different person every time and I’m not happy about that if I had transportation I would go to where I could continue to see the same Dr, I was very comfortable with opening up with Lisa Johnson I’m not happy with crossroads anymore
The pharmacy was out of films but had tablets been dealing with it for two days and can’t get any help from this clinic. They just want the money once they have it they are done
Doctor is always pleasant just wish there wasn’t such a wait to get in to see her when at the office total appointment takes over an hour an half I have a hour and fifteen minute drive each way
I had a zoom call yesterday with the doctor at 5 PM, I was never given a zoom ID number to contact them so I called the receptionist she provided me with the ID number but nobody answered so I called the Receptionist back four times which I was hung up on each time
