I have been attending crossroads since October 2020. I did love it in the beginning and I had a counselor named Tara who went above and beyond for me and my recovery as well as my family. Now ever since there is no counselors anymore I do not get the help I need when it comes to talking to a counselor one-on-one whether it's once a week or every other week. I think this program has gone downhill since a year ago and I'm not liking it.. they need to hire new counselors already and maybe it would be better to hire counselors t... read more

Fantastic! Dr.Dickum is the most professional doctor I’ve ever been to in the past 6 years of struggling with sublingual suboxone/heroin/fentanyl dependency. Many months ago I decided to take the sublocade shot, BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE! Dr.Dickum isn’t just your regular cookie cutter negative doctor. This woman is amazing! And knows exactly what she’s doing. THIS IS A REAL DOCTOR!!! In kaurs office in Ford city I was called into the room with the dr. (Kaur) this woman was writing my script while on the phone talking to what... read more

Call in at my appointment time, was told the dr was finishing up with another patient, waited 10 minutes before he attempted to have the appointment, had connection issues for maybe another 10 minutes, then was told the dr cancelled so he could “stay on schedule”. Just another suboxone (which I didn’t even want) factory that only cares about the MONEY. Gotta love America and its response to the Opiod Epidemic, as they call it these days.

I was waiting for half an hour before I decided to just leave the video. Pretty cool to get ghosted by a therapist you haven’t even seen yet

My appointment was for 11:30 and I didn’t get out of there till almost 12:45…….there is always a wait…..but over an hour is to much. If it only happened once or twice it wouldn’t be that bad but it’s every visit……

I have been a patient for almost two years. Upon entering for treatment after many years of heroin addiction, I was finally able to stay sober for 18 months. I had not used even an aspirin from the day I walked into your facility. I had 27 take homes for several months and then I received a call from my counselor stating that I had tested positive for codeine and morphine. I protested that a mistake had been made by the new nurse who mislabeled my sample to no avail and lost my take homes. I was so upset it triggered m... read more
