So I have to spend my whole morning here for hours because of this ridiculousness instead of with my kids. But online it says you will be closed on Christmas so this is just another example of this place never knowing what’s going on.

Ever since they changed Drs I have been seeing a different person every time and I’m not happy about that if I had transportation I would go to where I could continue to see the same Dr, I was very comfortable with opening up with Lisa Johnson I’m not happy with crossroads anymore

The pharmacy was out of films but had tablets been dealing with it for two days and can’t get any help from this clinic. They just want the money once they have it they are done

Doctor is always pleasant just wish there wasn’t such a wait to get in to see her when at the office total appointment takes over an hour an half I have a hour and fifteen minute drive each way
I had a zoom call yesterday with the doctor at 5 PM, I was never given a zoom ID number to contact them so I called the receptionist she provided me with the ID number but nobody answered so I called the Receptionist back four times which I was hung up on each time

i was scheduled with the wrong doctor. waited weeks to be scheduled for this appointment just to be told i could not be helped. however, emilee (not sure on the spelling) did an amazing job of rerouting and rescheduling me. she was very kind and helped me with what she could!

I’ve been on methadone for almost 3 years, and Now here at crossroads for the first time in that three years I actually am being treated like a human being. Denver Health and Arts both treat their clients like absolute garbage, they actively work to rob clients of their dignity, have a very uncomfortable and hostile environment, and use fear, threats and intimidation as control methods. I feel like I'm just buying drugs from the doctor's office. It never feels like my health is the main objective. I wish this place could do better (a lot better) and listen to the patient and his/her concerns. I believe the main problem starts with the leadership of West Girard. I have had situations that needed the assistants of a manager or director. They do not contact you back, they make it seem like 1 problem fits all-- and that is just not the way medicine works.
