Get directionsi was scheduled with the wrong doctor. waited weeks to be scheduled for this appointment just to be told i could not be helped. however, emilee (not sure on the spelling) did an amazing job of rerouting and rescheduling me. she was very kind and helped me with what she could!
I’ve been on methadone for almost 3 years, and Now here at crossroads for the first time in that three years I actually am being treated like a human being. Denver Health and Arts both treat their clients like absolute garbage, they actively work to rob clients of their dignity, have a very uncomfortable and hostile environment, and use fear, threats and intimidation as control methods. They ignore grievances and refuse to listen or change. Granted they have huge homeless populations, and they are overwhelmed, but that’s no ... read more
I feel like I'm just buying drugs from the doctor's office. It never feels like my health is the main objective. I wish this place could do better (a lot better) and listen to the patient and his/her concerns. I believe the main problem starts with the leadership of West Girard. Do they accept healthy connection medicaid if not ,a payment plan for medicine
I had submitted a bad review last month due to poor practices from the front desk associate. I was happy to hear back and that they actually followed up on how they can improve. So a shitty experience turned into a learning experinece which is what I wanted. This place saved me 3 years ago, without the treatment who knows where i would be. Everyone wants to talk down on ppl that seek treatment so it's "damned if you do damned if you don't" situation. I can honestly say crossroads will help you get into recovery and stay ther... read more
Now that I’ve been there a couple times, started a routine, and got to know the whole staff, I really enjoy going. Everyone there knows me by my first name and I never stay there longer than a half an hour. My only complaint, I rather do urine screens then mouth swabs for my drug test because the Mouth swabs just take forever!!
Been waiting for reimbursement for 5 years send my money
I love everybody that works there always have , they actually seem to care, but it’s just not fair for some people to smoke pot and get more take homes then somebody who is completely clean, then I got 11 one week thought I was finally getting two weeks since most people get them with covid take homes, I just don’t think it’s fair I even had to dig out my only 20 dollars for a bag because my box wasnt big enough then to go back ans get 6 I should’ve got my money back for the bag then because that was their mess up but I done... read more
