Get directionsOnce again this place has taken the spot for worst clinic I have been to. I’ve lost several jobs because this place will surprise you with a doctors appointment, so really you can’t call it an appointment, and if you have to be t work you either lose your job or have to leave without getting your medicine. They literally don’t care about their clients only about getting their money. At a real doctors office you make an appointment so you know what time you need to be there and can schedule off work.
A few months ago the company that does the urine test was changed and since then each week I show up positive for alcohol and my dose has been drastically dropped to the point that I am sick and withdrawing every day
Your front desk employee is a very nice person, yet the personal calls, profanity, and such is very unprofessional.
My office experience couldn’t be better. I have a huge complaint about the fact that there is no way to get I touch with the office from home. But I settled it was just her demeanor as she was never rude or unprofessional. Yesterday a gentleman came in, and walked back out. He missed his appointment and tried to do walk-in which everyone ... read more
The time back at the dosing window is ridiculous, we should not have to wait 45 to 50 minutes.
I haven’t had any problem so far untilll Sunday October 24 I was suppose to see the doctor on zoom and he came on for a second then he disappeared so I wasn’t able to get my meds two weeks ago ☹️
It’s too much to even think about but I am going to be going somewhere else that place has changed for the worst and I can’t handle it it’s putting too much stress on me and I take this serious and I’ve worked too hard to stay clean and got my levels taken from a six to a one I’m not happy
NOT EVEN 1 STAR.. EXTREMELY STRESSFUL JUST LISTENING TO CLIENTS COMPLAIN ABOUT THE ANXIETY OF NOT RECEIVING COMPASSIONATE AND SUFFICIENT MEDICAL ATTENTION AS DESERVED JUST OBSERVING THE DRAINING EMOTION OF SUCH DISDAIN LITERALLY MAKES MY MIND AND BODY OFF BALANCE AND CRYSTALLIZED IN THE SLUDGE OF Bureaucratic and administrative Bullshit. NOT GOOD AT ALL. some go the miles of processed thought to solve problems but the problems that arise more frequently than not a retarded ass bitch could solve from a life threatening com... read more
