Am able to be human again because of places like this. Big pharma should pay for what they did to me and my life. Just like nicotine companies pay for the cure so do the pain medication people

I was arrested at the beginning of October which resulted in my prescription being destroyed at the jail and when I called to have them replaced I was given a new appointment however I had got the time wrong and when I showed up to your office in the afternoon you had closed that day at noon so I missed my appointment and called back for another appointment to which they told me I couldn’t get in for over a week later so I was left with no medicine for over 2 1/2 weeks which resulted in me relapsing

It seems the wait time has been getting longer and longer since Lisa has left. I’m not sure if it’s a nursing staffing issue but it’s impossible to work a first shift job and have children in school and continue to go here. They allow people to dose while wearing pajamas and house slippers. Hopefully the new director can figure this out soon.

I pick up every 2 weeks. I arrive at 4:30 and wait until the office opens at 5:00. There is no valid reason that it should take me an hour to pay and get my medications every time I come in. I have to see a "counselor" every time I come in for something, to fill out a stupid work sheet, treatment plan that hasn't changed in 2 years, or just sign something. It's ridiculous. This process could be more efficient and could take into consideration the patient's time as well.

I had a scheduled appointment on Sunday, October 24, drove to the appointment center, the doctor was not there and they canceled my appointment. No phone call no text message or anything. I am totally out of medication . So I’m not doing good

Poor office staff at my location! My doctor Malissa Green is excellent. Staff for crossroads keep door locked so people have to stand outside waiting to get in until they open door at 10 am Saturday’s ! Quite unkind

Since I was never giving full instruction on how to do the zoom, I ended up waiting three hours, I called six times before they told me that I had to do A survey before I could go into my appointment.

Lack of caring counselors, and when u walk in and give your number , then sit there for 10 minutes while the nurses in back are chit chatting about stuff, then when their done , they finally call your number to dose after siting there.
