Get directionsIt seems the wait time has been getting longer and longer since Lisa has left. I’m not sure if it’s a nursing staffing issue but it’s impossible to work a first shift job and have children in school and continue to go here. They allow people to dose while wearing pajamas and house slippers. Hopefully the new director can figure this out soon.

I pick up every 2 weeks. I arrive at 4:30 and wait until the office opens at 5:00. There is no valid reason that it should take me an hour to pay and get my medications every time I come in. I have to see a "counselor" every time I come in for something, to fill out a stupid work sheet, treatment plan that hasn't changed in 2 years, or just sign something. It's ridiculous. This process could be more efficient and could take into consideration the patient's time as well.

I had a scheduled appointment on Sunday, October 24, drove to the appointment center, the doctor was not there and they canceled my appointment. No phone call no text message or anything. I am totally out of medication . So I’m not doing good

Poor office staff at my location! My doctor Malissa Green is excellent. Staff for crossroads keep door locked so people have to stand outside waiting to get in until they open door at 10 am Saturday’s ! Quite unkind

Since I was never giving full instruction on how to do the zoom, I ended up waiting three hours, I called six times before they told me that I had to do A survey before I could go into my appointment.

I was to be seen at 11am. I wasn’t seen until 12. Appointments should be kept on time and never should be delayed an hour like that.
Usually my experience is fine. However, yesterday the girls in the office commenced to eating their lunch in the other room while they forgot about me and left me sitting in the waiting room, alone. My appointment time was 10:15. At 11:15 I had to go ask them if they forgot about me. They did. The doctor had logged off the tablet. He was gone, and they couldn’t contact him on the phone. So they had to set me up with a televisit with a Dr from Greensburg. Which I waited for another 25 minutes for until he squeezed me in b... read more

I’ve had the most terrible experience at this clinic. I was treated rudely. Spoken over constantly. The communication is ineffective. The staff seems impatient and annoyed. My privacy was not respected at all. And I was just left hanging instead of feeling supported at all.
