Everyone was nice but I’ve been in treatment for 8 yrs and was just looking for a Dr closer to home. Crossroads wanted me to start over! I’m not giving up ALL my clean time for nobody! Will not ever be back!

Being accused of using a substance that I’ve NEVER used . I was bumped down from monthly to biweekly over a false positive. I am not happy about it at all

My counselor is great but administration is lousy, I paid a whole month in advance due to an incorrect insurance number, but it was rectified immediately 10 months ago and I’m still waiting for my refund . It seams that you decided to use it to pay my monthly deductible without my consent. That decision was for me to make and not the institution

I sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hrs before I seen the doctor. I’m a monthly patient now, but last 2 appointments, had to come back in 20 days, because I work til 6 pm and I was told doctor won’t be there that late a month from now.

I was scheduled to get my sublocade shot and waited for over 2 hours to be seen. Once I was seen, I was told they didn’t have a shot for me and that I would have to be prescribed suboxone strips instead. The whole purpose of my appointment was to get my sublocade shot which they were aware of when the appointment was made so I don’t understand how the shot never got ordered. Now I have to wait two weeks to get the shot.
