It took me four days to get my medication and I'm using Cigna plus paying cash money. The doctor sent in by prescription two times wrong. The receptionist at Crossroads are non-professional and behave like they're in the ghetto.

I have 3 kids 11,5,&newborn $ half people didn’t have mask on there was no disinfectant anywhere around nor in the bathrooms and then there was a close contact between everyone and I was told I have to come in every month and which is ridiculous I have been in the program for a very long time there’s no need for my children to be at risk for coronavirus because no one social distancing at a doctors office people sneezing coughing no tissue around and the nurses are just very inconsiderate

To many people giving conflicting info. After filling out greivances on paper, no one has yet to get back with us. You all still saying Mark owes 12 bucks and Mary owes 24 and neither one has gotten any loaned to them? We believe the mistake was made in December and January.
