I have been a patient at Crossroads in Denver for 4 years now. It has been gradually getting worse for years now. I JUST FINALLY got to phase 1 although I have earned and SHOULD be phase 3 now. My counselor made a mistake for 10 straight weeks by not phasing me up and actually lied to the rest of staff so they wouldn't vote to phase me up. Instead of admitting she made a mistake and apologizing to me for costing me 2 months of my life and the chance to see my son's this summer for the first time in 7yrs she dumped me as a cl... read more

I have clean drug screens and am doing therapy biweekly but because the last verification was for March and not April I was only given a 2 week script and have to come into the office next appointment instead of a televisit. When I called the 800 number I was told that my therapy verification was for 2 weeks ago and it was marked that my next appointment was on 4/12 (the day before my televisit) and they didn't receive verification of that visit. I understand this is a two part program and I do both parts. I have been seeing... read more

The wait to see the doctor was over an hour and a half past my appointment time, which was an excruciating wait in a packed waiting room! Only to then find out one of the people in the waiting room wasn’t wearing a mask and had just tested positive for COVID. Not only am I immune compromised but I am also 34 weeks pregnant. So I was less than impressed as I’m sure were the other 15+ people in the waiting room.

Admitting to myself & deciding to end the doomed cycle I had gotten in due to being on prescription pain meds for over a decade was the most difficult, but also most rewarding action I have ever taken.. 2 years ago I started this process, over the Pandemic many counselors & nurses felt unsafe and resigned. My former counselor being 1 of them.. I suffer from moderate - severe epilepsy & over the last 5 months have had 2- grand mal seizures while in the dosing area.. Dr. Adeshina, La Dora & Trinity having been right there for ... read more

Thanks, your sober client.

Everything runs pretty smoothly except for the fact u have to see your counselor once a month. I feel if you pass your drug test and seem fine without counseling after a year of being a patient you should be able to choose whether or not you need to see them. Also not having at least a couple of days of credit had too. There’s several times I was short til payday and had to miss my dosage causing me to work being very sick. I feel that’s not being understanding of addiction or caring for your patients. Everything else is ra... read more
