Everything was fine in the office until I went to go pick up my script and they had my wrong name it’s been two days and I still haven’t gotten my medication yet the pharmacy contacted my doctor still no reply today is Monday they contacted him on Friday

I am pregnant and was trying to let someone know so I can switch medications. The customer service are rude and I couldn’t get ahold of my office so she scheduled me here to have a zoom call with someone and no one ever answered my call!!! I called customer service half way through the zoom not being answered she said I was checked in and she would let them know that I was still waiting but they would be there till 6 to just stay on the call!! The dr was extremely rude and disrespectful. She treated me like a criminal and accused me of not taking my med. Then realized it was a different person she was looking at. And didnt apoligize. Her bedside manner needs to be reviewed.

There was only one patient in the office when I went in and I still had to wait over an hour to be seen.....very frustrating.....

The first doctors I met there were amazing. Dr.johnson and Dr. Robinson. Thank God they were the ones there. Dr. Shubert is wonderful!! He is patient, honest, discerning and calming. However, how in the world do you get into the business of giving people medicine they will be sick without, and then just forgetting to tell them where to go? The front staff and counselors are absolutely amazing. Front desk lady that take she money and jelly especially. All the nurses are super awesome . Love Donna!! I honestly wouldn't be able to handle this place if it wasn't for those people I just meantioned. They keep it going not the upper staff that are suppose to. The time you have to wait almost Everytime you come is ungodly. Its crazy. Well I cMe half hour later than appt and they said policy had it that I’d need to reschedule bc I was over 15 mi utes. Did not know that but I did see it posted on a memo on front desk.( didn’t see that and I’m always early) I understand rules but there wAs not a single person was there.and she was gonna make me reschedule , but I also told her I was out of subs till My Rex was called in and filled.
