The staff was friendly, however the provider I saw Dr.David Breyer in the Connellsville office was not very informative or friendly. He basically treated me like I was just another addict and questions regarding my drug use/history were not asked. He seemed annoyed when I asked questions and I was not even advised on how or when to take the MAT medication prescribed. I left feeling bad about myself instead of leaving feeling proud to finally take charge of my life. I will not be returning to that office and hope the Dr I see... read more

I waited four hours on zoom waiting for a doctor to come on. They also keep switching doctors and I don't appreciate it. I have to retell my life story every doctor, which is not something I want to rehash

It’s not good that place seems like it’s really going down hill the councilors don’t care and only look at us as a paycheck Kim is a snob who walks around with her nose in the air looking down as if she’s too good don’t know why she would work at a place like that with that attitude !!!

Mine was through Medicare that I receive with my social security disability and pay $130 a month for. Hers paid for the visit but mine did not. When I called the switchboard I had to explain to them the dif... read more

Firstly, id like to begin be stating that I believe I am a responsible patient and take my recovery seriously. I never fail drug tests and never miss appointments (until i got sick over the last 2 weeks) and never, ever miss therapy. I have always been on monthly for nearly a year at least until they told me it was appearing that i wasn't attending therapy, which i have religiously. i've been in D&A therapy for at least half a decade straight. Prior to transferring to ARS I was doing D&A therapy for at least 5 yrs before as ... read more
