Get directionsI was called before & was told that since I have been subject to seeing ppl in their active addiction going there that Id have the option to do zoom especially since I've never given a positive swab and I'm an above the knee bilateral amputee. Whoever called me apparently never put any thing on record because the office refuses to give me at least every other visit on zoom. Nothing is private. They claim everything is confidential but it’s not true! Very few staff is friendly & polite!but on a positive note dr Merlin is the best dr. In the world!! And trust me I’ve had quit a few in my time!!
The manager was very inappropriate and yelled at me. Apologized in the end but never said she was wrong. Was honestly yelling saying my appointment Was at 3:00. When I showed her the text at 1:15 that the appointment was at 1:25 her response was “ well it’s still not 1:25” not that she was wrong. Was extremely upset. If I didn’t need suboxone I’d stop altogether going there. This was also in front of three other patients. What happened to “ the client is always correct?!?”
Everything was super easy to do and if I had insurance I would not have a problem at all but it's just way to expensive. They would charge based on how much medication I was getting like if I get 2 week supply its 125 1 month supply is 250 so it was just way to expensive then since I started they removed me to suboxone instead of subutex it was so much more expensive I was paying about a 100 for 90 now I pay 300 for 60 just way to expensive for me to keep it up.
Great time
