I have a different doctor every time I go in and I am supposed to be a monthly patient and have to be seen every ten to 14 days or so. It is so unorganized and the service is very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. You try to talk to the receptionist and they are pissed off because they have to do their job.

I've been coming there for a long time and I've been taken down to every 2 weeks because of a mouth swab that came back that said I did hydrocodone I do not take any kind of pain pill I'm very upset over this

Time they don’t care what you have to do or go they take there time and the say you only see counselor once a month on phase 4 wrong I see him like 4 or more then the people who bring me is a medical van they don’t want to sit there all I can say is if you can’t be late for work or something important they don’t care so plan accordingly

Dr.lawless I thought was a bit unprofessional about some things. As far as my treatment with him what I am there to see him for was great. But I am a big guy I’ve had overweight issues my whole like and my blood pressure is high I do take medication for it and it has helped. All he did was complain how big I was and how much I weighed. It was very unprofessional they way he was carrying out his point that I was fat. He told me he’s a. My counselor Mrs Kathy Oakley does an amazing job with me and her MANY other clients — as you know eacc counselor has a hefty load of clients and she definitely tries to touch base with all of us ! I am grateful — THE 1 THING THAT IS NO GOOD IS ........ not being able to charge AT LEAST ONE DAY !!!! I understand why the Corp is doing this, as for these rough times we are going through they (crossroads) should At Least Let us be able to charge 1 day !!! I think that Crossoads center does a great job of helping me with any questions I have and with the dosing treatment I’m very happy with the service I receive there and all the employees are helpful and friendly!!!
