They Forgot to schedule me from my last visit so I had to do a zoom with a different doctor and now I have to go to norristown office next week. Didn’t want to see a different doctor bc me and my normal doctor have a good relationship I really like him

Still don’t take working people insurance .taking 2+ hours for visit. Now closed on Friday. Should open on Saturday for working people ONLY. Now that the visits are so long it’s costing me a days pay on top of the $375.00 and meds. Now that the non-workers get everything free they are selling there meds cheaper than I pay in the pharmacy. So very sad to hear of Dr. William Dundore's leaving. You finally get a great doctor who knows you and trusts you. I think your new changes with your doctor's are ridiculous!
Fast appointment. But my insurance won’t pay for my lab work each month because they say that billing department doesn’t send documentation that justifies medical necessity of the swab , even though it is required of the patient and the prescription can not be dispensed without the lab work . This has been going on for the entire 2 years I’ve been going to this facility.
They used to care about your recovery no it seems to be all about the money 1 counsoler has one rule and it seems that all the other ones have different ones. It should be the same for everybody. Or if you get puns hide for somthing they should no how long the phase down is not give u one time frame then change it when it’s about time to phase back up. I’ve been apart of crossroads for almost 3 yrs and the ppl are not the same as they used to be when I first started. Would like to see it go back to ppl who really care

On March 27 I went to my appointment and was told I had To give a Urine sample I did and when I was done I came out with my urine sample and asked the girl if she wanted it she told me no to leave it near the sink I expressed my concern because my name was not on the bottle and there were multiple other urine specimens with no names sitting on the sink also once again she told me leave it on the sink she was walking in after me to get it I had concerns about her knowing which one was mine.
