The manager was very inappropriate and yelled at me. Apologized in the end but never said she was wrong. Was honestly yelling saying my appointment Was at 3:00. When I showed her the text at 1:15 that the appointment was at 1:25 her response was “ well it’s still not 1:25” not that she was wrong. Was extremely upset. If I didn’t need suboxone I’d stop altogether going there. This was also in front of three other patients. What happened to “ the client is always correct?!?”

Everything was super easy to do and if I had insurance I would not have a problem at all but it's just way to expensive. They would charge based on how much medication I was getting like if I get 2 week supply its 125 1 month supply is 250 so it was just way to expensive then since I started they removed me to suboxone instead of subutex it was so much more expensive I was paying about a 100 for 90 now I pay 300 for 60 just way to expensive for me to keep it up.

Business response:

Thank you for providing your feedback Patrick Nance. Please be advised that we do accept insurance at our clinics and this reduces the cost of treatment. For a list of accepted insurances, please contact our patient liaison at (864)626-4420, and we'd be happy to assist you.
