I get so upset every time I have to call this place. So rude, treat you like you’re up to something 100% of the time. It’s a shame there’s not a better option out there for people that are trying to do better

Horrible service The doctor was Horrible make me waist my time comming there I needed my meds she would not fill my meds I have not been there in many months and I will never go there Again ridiculous

thank you for the opportunity to tell my story ... I am in Louisville Kentucky and I went to the Middletown center and I seen Dr Erica Ruth Tuesday. I am currently taking 60 mg of Adderall a day which I used to take 90 but have tapered off and I have been on Adderall for years and I was also on valium and I am almost 60 years old ..I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 16.. Im very busy with everything going on in my liife and i cant always keep appointments when i would like. It would be nice to be able to do E visits and have my prescriptions called in like they did at the beginning

This clinic has saved my life I got hooked on pain pills years ago from having surgery’s and didn’t know a lot about addiction and my life started getting out of control it’s better now it got me back on track I take care of my 85 year old mother and I have a hard time getting away from the house and sometimes I felt like nobody cared if I had time or not but then I had to think somebody with addiction learns to become a liar to try and cover up their problem and crossroads has hundreds of people with addiction problems and ... read more

My appointment was scheduled for 11:55 it was a telehealth visit. The Dr didn’t come on the phone until close to 1:30. I had to call 3 times to make sure he was going to see me. This is officially my last appointment with you. I’m tired of the different day appointments no set time, waiting and the 2 week appointments. So this is definitely my last visit

There are way to many people at once & this COVID going on it really shouldn’t be like that. The time was okay they was on point with that but just way to many people at once then people standing in the door way like come on it’s 6 feet apart move tf back please like that needs to stop ASAP people are dying from this it’s not a joke.
