Cancelled due to snow emergency.
My appointment was scheduled for 11:55 it was a telehealth visit. The Dr didn’t come on the phone until close to 1:30. I had to call 3 times to make sure he was going to see me. This is officially my last appointment with you. I’m tired of the different day appointments no set time, waiting and the 2 week appointments. So this is definitely my last visit
There are way to many people at once & this COVID going on it really shouldn’t be like that. The time was okay they was on point with that but just way to many people at once then people standing in the door way like come on it’s 6 feet apart move tf back please like that needs to stop ASAP people are dying from this it’s not a joke.
I ended up missing my scheduled appointment on Friday, February 19th. It was a late appointment and I ended up having to work late. I called to reschedule and was rescheduled at the Erie office rather than my home office in Johnstown. It was scheduled for 10:25am on zoom and I joined zoom for my appointment around 10:15, I waited for an HOUR and still hadn’t been seen. Not good will like A referral to inpatient
The doctor was very arrogant. Whenever I would try to talk to her she would ignorantly interrupt me and continue on to the next question. It was truly a horrible experience. Do doctors have to take basic ethics classes in school? What about healthy relationship with your patients. I will come back one more time and hoping I don’t get the same treatment.
