Bad doctors
I have been doing the zoom appointment because my husband and mother are very high risk. I’m only getting two wk supplies which means I have an appointment twice a month. I haven’t failed a drug screen in years now! With the zoom meeting this time my appt was for 830 it’s was well after 930 before ANYONE even came on the screen!! I was late for work because of this! I was treated horrible and feel completely embarrassed the doctor had the receptionist read my results over a zoom call with the door open for everyone to hear while they both were laughing asking me why I took the drug

They had 2 doctors on the screen both were very rude bad attitudes didn’t have any type of respect. Shaking their hands moving their hands when they were talking very very unprofessional

I was rescheduled without my knowledge. I had an appointment for 11:50am on Feb 11th. I drove to the appointment battling ice and bad roads to find out that the office was closed. I never revived a phone call or talked with anyone saying that my appointment was moved. They said they moved my appointment to Feb 9th and I was working that day so even if I got the message I couldn’t make the appointment. I feel like the doctors should confirm your next appt after your appointment because now they set a random day and time and I cannot make it in office intil 4pm which is they have known now keep scheduling me for 1125 every time now
