I don’t think is right for y’all to call me before open time if you open at 5 am I don’t think is right for you to call me before 5 specially if I let my counselor know to call me around 7:30 because is normally the time I wake up when I work my counselor mark was calling me from the office around 7:30 and the other guy he call me before 5 am is not even open the office and then somebody else call me block and nobody told me saying that maybe they gonna call me block for me to come to check my bottles I think people that we ... read more

Well okay, first I have to say I was very disappointed, and shocked, ( by your treatment of me) when I went through you instruction pamphlet hanging on the wall of the waiting room about having surgery and Suboxone, and I followed it to the T, told the surgeon, called your personnel and explained the whole situation to them and no one got back to each other or me, so I repeated myself, and went through it again, ( I think) a third time I was very upset by then because I took myself off of them, because I know that a suboxone... read more

I have been doing the zoom appointment because my husband and mother are very high risk. I’m only getting two wk supplies which means I have an appointment twice a month. I haven’t failed a drug screen in years now! With the zoom meeting this time my appt was for 830 it’s was well after 930 before ANYONE even came on the screen!! I was late for work because of this! I was treated horrible and feel completely embarrassed the doctor had the receptionist read my results over a zoom call with the door open for everyone to hear while they both were laughing asking me why I took the drug
