Crossroads Treatment Center has been a huge blessing in my life, I have been able to stay off heavy drugs for almost 3 years, if someone offers me drugs, I think back to all the hurt and pain my drug use caused and tell the person/persons no and walk away, I block all people who are using drugs out of my life bc I never want to cause that pain and suffering to anyone around me again, I love my family to much to allow drugs to cause myself to loose them, my family is my life line, my world, my hole entire heart and soul belon... read more

The Ringgold branch is a laughing stock. Biggest joke. I’ve been coming for a few years now and everything has went to crap. You have to wait over an hour most days and the councilors could give a flying crap about you. If you have a job you can kiss that good bye. Cause you never get to work on time!! The best is the director! It all starts with her! Go get real help cause this place don’t care about you! They care about Money!! First off I told them about my experience with my last out patient facility where the first day I waited almost 30 hours and they gave me suboxone and I had an allergic reaction and got even sicker puking ect ect so they waited and hour or more and tried again and I got even sicker so they pretty much said can’t give you anymore leave so as I’m puking out the door I think I went to the emergency room ..... I would like to say they have the best staff I have to deal with compare to other places.Theresa is great, she follows up and completes all my needs for me to rich my goals with addiction and health needs.The staff at this center works very hard to make you accomplish your needs to be successful in the program.I want to say thank you to the entire staff in this center.The doctor was very good too.He explain things to me that were very helpful to succeed with the treatment.

I am very happy at this location, the employees are great, I am very glad I met this Dr. too.He really did a complete physical.He explain some things to me I never heard before.I thank the entire staff and doctors for caring

No matter what time your appointment is scheduled for you will NOT be in and out in a timely manner. For in-office visits I am left waiting for at least an hour past my scheduled time. For zoom meetings my wait is even longer. I was scheduled for 7:50pm and waited over 3.5 hours for my zoom meeting to begin. Unacceptable. I never know how long I will be left waiting and it interferes with my meetings and my work. This is not right.
