I have suffered from insomnia since around age 11 or 12. I take over the counter diphenhydramine which allows me to get an hour or so sleep. The problem is my drug test sometimes comes back showing I have Fentanyl in my system. So I have to go back to the clinic and pay $20 for a confirmation. That is very annoying but my biggest problem is when it comes back saying I’m clean I don’t get the $20 back in cash back, they put it on my account. I pay monthly and I have every penny budgeted from rent and other bills to my methado... read more

I have to be at work by 7:30am and it rarely happens anymore. I only go to the Clinic once a week and I take the rest home. I work from home and I couldn’t handle going in there any more often. Every other week, I have to meet with my Counselor, Stephanie, but she has WAYYY too many clients because she is ALWAYS busy with someone in her office. I usually end up walking around trying to find an available Counselor. Then... read more

My 1st in person visit i waited to see the doctor for a half hour only to be told that he had left an hour before I got there with no explanation. 2 other people were also waiting for him. Was left with no way to get prescription and had to use to keep from getting sick. Then the next day was supposed to have a tele visit and right before it was time I get a phone call saying that I have to take a 30 mile ride on bus train and subway to show my insurance card of which they already had the info for. But they held my script o... read more
