Get directionsYou should really have your employees be consistent about what you need to be seen I had a tellamed appointment and showed the lady I only had a paper copy of my id she said that was fine I had my appointment went to my follow up in person and they told me I couldn’t be seen without a hard copy of my Id so now I can’t get the help in need so started the medicine and now I’m going to have to go back to using because of the withdrawal

Why you all didnt give out take homes due to snow storm!! I fell on the ice going to my car this morning!!! I just had surgery on my neck. My feet flew out from under me and landed on back off my head !! I was knock.out for a few moments . I had a hard tie getting up. I scooted on my behind to get to my car. I have physical Therapy tomorrow. I hope didnt do any serious damage to my neck. I'm very upset to find all other clinic in the area gave their clients take home due to storm. My account is always messed up. They don’t give out take homes for bad weather like the other clinics do so as a result I missed an I will have a dirty urine again. I can’t get clean urines due to the fact I can not stay focused as a result to my experiences there. I have been trying to get into another clinic. The new director is horrible. It’s gone to hell since he has been there

I work and live 35 minutes from the treatment center every morning I arrive at 5am and I have to wait an hour or an hour and a half to take the medicine I’m late to work every day

It really surprised, When completing the second part of the survey how encouraging the questioning was ..to the community of clients ,tha have an live in supporting structures of recovery to know tha outside of friends and family..Others care !!!

I went in to pickup my doses for the next two weeks and they told me that I was self pay. I have Medicaid to pay for my doses but my Medicaid was changed over to a managed care program at the beginning of the year. The two ladies at the pay window told me that I had to pay for my take home for the two weeks which was $210 and I had to use half of my rent money to pay it because they told me that they don’t accept any manage care plans and that I need to switch back to regular Medicaid. I sat in the office, waiting, for over two hours. It happens often & is extremely frustrating, because I have to drive an hour each way, take the day off of work, & by the time I get back home, I have little time for anything else, considering that I get up for work at 5am.
