Didn’t work. After 53 minutes and 3 phone calls back to Crossroads I never got in touch with the doctor, the page continued to tell me it was waiting for Host to connect. I rescheduled an apt for the following day, but that was when I discovered I was written up as a “No Show” !!!! Fingers crossed, it works today

I’ve attended this clinic for the past year and have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. They have been through soo many counselors and directors within the year that nobody ever knows what’s going on here. I wasted this past year experiencing mistreatment. I have never slipped up and had clean UA the whole year so I only had to come 3 days a week.. now that I’m at another center I’ve learned that I should’ve been awarded way more take homes for how well I was doing considering every 90 days you get more privileges (more t... read more

I believe in the system of being able to help others but I don't agree with making an individual suffer on account of what another employee did with that being said other than that your company has helped me gain my life back slowly

It took way, way too long. My appointment was for 2pm and I didn't end up leaving untill 330. The staff was going to let other patients go before myself because they had children with them. I myself was late for work (again). Something needs fixed there

Had to wait on hold for over an hour I have three boys 9, 6, and 5 months old in age and it’s already hard enough to take any time for myself let alone wait over an hour to get an answer

Everything is normally fine but just because we all are wearing masks doesnt mean the councelors and nurses and doctor shouldnt be u can still get covid when two people are wearing a mask and im tired of going into a councelors office or the med window and there not wearing a mask and on Tuesday they made me see a substitute counselor and she was coughing all over with her mask under her chin as if thats any help and they dont spray chairsor desks or toilets after each person either

Started not taking my private insurance the day my appointment was so left without seeing anyone! Very disappointed!
