The staff is genuinely concerned with my well being and it shows. I appreciate that with just about everything I’ve needed it was only a phone call away from being fulfilled.
My appointment gets rescheduled the same day when I have to drive an hour away then my next appointment was two different days in the same month then it was two different times on the same day being 2 hours apart I see that scheduling is a big issue here we are made to cancel within 24 hr but they do it the same day as your appointment some lady there is very rude when trying to explain that I can’t show up times in the same month I was told that by end of year that’s what is going to happen if so I will not be continuing ... read more

The call center you have to call to get in touch with the doctors office I go to will never return calls. I have called multiple times in 2 weeks and no one has returned my call that is absolutely unacceptable!! 😞

Was Tele-Visit and was on hold for 2 hours till got to speak to doctor. Appointment was at 8:35 PM and didn't get to talk to doctor till 1030 PM.

Got to pharmacy had problems called and whoever answered was nasty to me could careless about my problem and should be retrained or have experience with addiction she’s a looser.

I am very fortunate to have a counselor who takes pride in his job and takes time to explain things but I find outside of him handling my case there can be a lack of consistency. I must say if you are not a big advocate things has the possibility of falling through the cracks at that clinic.unless like myself your bless to have someone like mr Allen Prime

Kathleen Kirk NP is uncomfortable to talk to.I’m having problems with my kidneys and I had surgery I was sick even while I was talking to her and she made it unbearable to talk to. That’s the reason why I was on the pain medication because I had kidney stones and an infection in my kidneys, bladder infection and a urinary track infection.
