The staff at the butler location where I go are very nice and friendly. HOWEVER, NONE of the doctors give a crap what patients actual needs are. They hold people hostage and threaten to never ween them of suboxone. Unkind and unprofessional. A complete disgrace to the recovery community. This is an in and out joint. It's truly sad how many people's lives their complicit in ruining.

My previous experiences were great. However, this last appointment was a headache from the start. The Zoom information sent was wrong couldn't get the video right then I had to call in three times before my prescription was sent in and by that time the pharmacy closed. So it was just a terrible appointment this time.

The lady Dr Wilkosz would not hear a word I have to say. I’m months clean and she said I need inpatient which is crazy to me cuz that’s what people do that don’t have stable support systems. Also that’s what people do in beginning stages of recovery and I’m not at the beginning anymore. Also wouldn’t fill my script.
