Anytime I have to guess dose somewhere, when I get back to my home clinic my medicine for “take home” is never ready. In fact it’s not ready the second day back either so I have to come back a third time to finally get my “take home” 28 day supply. (And FYI I give like a two week notice before having to guess dose for a couple days. Then both times I have come back they have asked me to switch my pick-up date from Saturday to a day in the week cause I guess it would be easier for the nurses and pharmacist. I used to really ... read more

It takes hours everyday before you actually get to dose and leave. I was coming on weekly every Monday but I stopped going for a whole week because I would sit every Monday for 2-3 hours be late every week for work or other appointments it is ridiculous so when I finally returned this past Monday I have to go dose at clinic for 4 days before I get my weekly take homes again and it never fails the past 3 days I’ve sat in lobby for over an hour before they call numbers to dose in the back. There needs more staff or something ,... read more

The person who calls numbers needs to be trained properly. Apparently she gets confused on how to keep track and sends the wrong person up for dosing for instance sending no 183 to a window because she forgot that 177 was waiting.

It's like as long as you have money you are somebody. But after being on clinic for almost a year they put you on a financial detox. 10 mg. every other day. But when my financial situation was good they told me detoxing 10 mg every other day was dangerous. So go figure

For us people who aren’t Medicaid patients, the clinic is bleeding us dry financially. There’s NO assistance for us which isn’t right. My family only pays $800 a month which is more than my mo they living expenses. It was manageable before the global pandemic that has left my husband without work and me with minimal hours. You would think it wouldn’t cost over 5 grand a year for medication to help us stay sober. It’s just wrong.
